Product Description

Drum Flakers are utilized for hardening liquefied material. After processing on flakers, the material make the films or simply handled flakes and are further prepared or compact into containers for instrumentality. A great benefit of flakers is that these offer a ceaseless process. The hot materials are applied to the cooling drums by straight submergence into a trough, or indirect ingress utilizing doctor/applicator rolls. The liquified liquid is cooled on the cooling drum and after an incomplete revolution; the solidified and cooled product is separated by the scrapers in the variety of film or flakes.
