The fertiliser sector converts raw materials into three major forms of fertilisers: nitrogen (ammonia), phosphorus, and potassium. These several applications call for chemical procedures with accurate control and precise monitoring of pressure, temperature, level, and flow. Industrial steam boilers in the chemical sector are mainly used to produce large quantities of high-quality, high-temperature steam for production and processing. Additionally, a major amount of extra heat will be generated during the production phase, which is an energy waste. Industrial steam boilers generate loads of steam per hour for fertiliser chemical reaction. Three main macronutrients like Phosphorus (P), Nitrogen (N), Potassium (K) Fertilisers cause chemical reactions with steam to improve the growth of plants.
